Job summary

Pet Lovers Centre Malaysia is seeking a warehouse administrator with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage inventory, LSM arrangements, and store locations at the Elmina East, Shah Alam site. The role requires a pleasant, mature, and independent person with good English and computer literacy.

Responsibilities include releasing stock for shipments, daily system updates, Home Delivery summaries, documentation transfers, and supporting cycle counts and price changes within a busy logistics

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
• Pleasant personality with positive work attitude.
• Mature with good interpersonal skills and independent.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Computer literate.
• Able to work at Elmina East, Shah Alam.

• Manage LSM arrangements, including reviewing GRN items, assigning store locations, and adjusting Min/Max levels.
• Release warehouse stock for new shipments.
• Perform warehouse document checks, system updates, and daily reporting.
• Prepare Home Delivery (HomeD) DO summaries and handle document transfers.
• Check collection lists for accuracy and completeness.
• Generate outlet cycle count listings according to schedule.
• Follow up on outstanding outlet cycle counts to ensure completion.
• Key in new product information into the system.
• Manage red tag arrangements and maintain logging records.
• Price change arrangements.
• Any other related tasks as assigned from time to time.
