Job summary

ESW Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Malaysia to oversee day-to-day activities, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have 1+ year of relevant experience, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with inventory management software and office tools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving of goods.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
• Manage logistics and shipping arrangements for outgoing orders.
• Maintain accurate operational records and generate reports as needed.
• Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Support the sales team with operational information and documentation.
