Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a candidate with 2-3 years of relevant warehouse experience to manage LSM arrangements, release stock, and perform daily warehouse tasks. The role requires a pleasant, mature, independent personality, good English, and computer literacy. Location in Elmina East, Shah Alam.

The duties include managing inventories, documentation, order releases, and data updates, with additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
• Pleasant personality with positive work attitude.
• Mature, good interpersonal skills and independent.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Must be Computer Literate.

Responsibilities

• Manage LSM arrangements, including reviewing GRN items, assigning store locations, and adjusting Min/Max levels.
• Release warehouse stock for new shipments.
• Perform warehouse document checks, system updates, and daily reporting.
• Prepare Home Delivery (HomeD) DO summaries and handle document transfers.
• Check collection lists for accuracy and completeness.
• Generate outlet cycle count listings according to schedule.
• Follow up on outstanding outlet cycle counts to ensure completion.
• Key in new product information into the system.
• Manage red tag arrangements and maintain logging records.
• Price change arrangements.
• Any other related tasks as assigned from time to time.
