Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring for a warehouse support role based in Shah Alam. The candidate will manage LSM arrangements, review GRN items, assign store locations, and adjust Min/Max levels to optimize stock. You will release stock for new shipments and perform routine warehouse checks and daily reporting.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, a pleasant and independent personality, good English communication, and computer literacy. On-site work at Elmina East, Shah Alam is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
• Pleasant personality with positive work attitude.
• Mature, good interpersonal skills and independent.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Must be Computer Literate.
• Must be able to work at Elmina East, Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

• Manage LSM arrangements, including reviewing GRN items, assigning store locations, and adjusting Min/Max levels.
• Release warehouse stock for new shipments.
• Perform warehouse document checks, system updates, and daily reporting.
• Prepare Home Delivery (HomeD) DO summaries and handle document transfers.
• Check collection lists for accuracy and completeness.
• Generate outlet cycle count listings according to schedule.
• Follow up on outstanding outlet cycle counts to ensure completion.
• Key in new product information into the system.
• Manage red tag arrangements and maintain logging records.
• Price change arrangements.
• Any other related tasks as assigned from time to time.
