Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling logistics claims, complaints and dispute cases, including case verification and documentation.
• Support daily claims data collection, tracking and analysis, including case volume, resolution status and turnaround time (TAT).
• Prepare and maintain claims reports, dashboards and data records to support operational analysis.
• Liaise with internal departments and relevant stakeholders to follow up on claims and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify data trends, operational issues and improvement opportunities.
• Support documentation, reporting and other ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned.
