Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering an Operations Internship to support daily operational activities, order processing, documentation and delivery coordination. The role provides practical exposure to logistics, warehouse and business operations.

As an Operation Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in coordinating orders, maintaining records, and generating operational reports while working closely with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in logistics, SCM, business administration, operations management, transportation management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate Sales Orders (SO) from Sales/Admin team.
• Ensure all orders are properly recorded and communicated to the Operations team.
• Prepare and maintain operational documents, delivery orders, invoices, purchase requests and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure orders are fulfilled according to schedule.
• Arrange and coordinate delivery schedules with drivers, transporters and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement, delivery records and operational documents.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly operation reports.
• Key in data into the company's system/Excel and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Monitor and maintain proper filing of operation-related documents.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by the Operation Manager.
