Job summary

Ideal candidates have a diploma or degree in business, logistics, or supply chain management, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and basic MS Word/Excel skills. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain delivery and logistics documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Follow up on incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Ensure received goods are properly recorded and documented.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and filing.
• Assist with daily logistics and administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
