Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistic Coordinator (SAP / WMS) in Medini, JB. You will guide a team of coordinators, handle orders, prepare reports, and coordinate cargo movements to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires 1-3 years in logistics, SPM or Diploma in relevant fields, and solid knowledge of distribution and inventory management. Working hours are weekdays with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in Logistics industry.
• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration.
• Good knowledge in distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning and materials management.
• Good knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Guide a team of coordinators to provide administrative support to the Operations.
• Handle order processing and maintain reports and files for operations records, correspondence, plans and expenses.
• Assist in coordination and preparation of documentation for movement of cargo.
• Perform tracking and tracing and assist in daily warehouse and administrative activities.
• Liaise with external parties to ensure shipments are expedited smoothly.
• Correspondence with customers and respond to enquiries.
• Handle other ad-hoc / administrative duties.

Job description

Position : Logistic Coordinator (SAP / WMS)

Location : Medini, JB

Working hours : Monday to Friday | 7.00am -4.30pm 2.30pm-12am.

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to RM4,200 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits + 14 days annual leave

Main Responsibilities:

• Guide a team of coordinators associates to provide administrative support to the Operations.
• Handle order processing, prepare and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans, and expenses.
• Assist in the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of cargo.
• Perform tracking and tracing functions, and assist in the daily warehouse and administrative activities and communications
• Liaise closely with external parties to ensure shipments are expedited smoothly.
• Correspondence and liaison with customers and to attend to their enquiries.
• Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties.

Requirement :

• Good working knowledge of the following logistics operations areas – distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, materials management.
