JINS HEALTH GROUP SDN. BHD. is seeking a Driver Coordinator to support our transport operations in Malaysia.

You will communicate with drivers to confirm trip details, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records of schedules and overtime. The role also involves handling transport paperwork, preparing reports, and assisting with driver salary calculations. Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided.

Formación

• Possess at least STPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with drivers to confirm trip details and track their progress.
• Update accurate records of driver schedules and overtime.
• Handle all transport-related paperwork, including receipts for diesel and tolls.
• Prepare trip reports and assist with part-time driver salary calculations.
• Process claims form for vehicle maintenance and other expenses.
• Assist with other basic administrative tasks.
