Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Operations Clerk to support the logistics team in Kulai, Malaysia. You will compile driver work tickets, calculate incentives, and update driver salaries in the Maslog system, ensuring accurate records and timely processing.

You will also sort documents, handle monthly paperwork for Puspakom test bookings, monitor roadtax in Maslog, and assist with vehicle renewals and driver credential checks.

Responsibilities

• compile driver work tickets, calculate driver incentive, check and update driver salary in Maslog system
• sorting documents
• provide copy grant to puspakom runner every month for daily puspakom test booking
• checking and update roadtax in Maslog system
• responsible for reloadign the prime mover T&G
• renew roadtax for Singapore's prime mover and trailer
• create Venovox for new driver
• create e-vetting for expired driver passes
