Job summary

The role requires coordinating customs declarations, managing inventory accuracy for audits, liaising with MIDA/Customs, and working with ERP systems and logistics partners to ensure timely, compliant deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse/logistics with an LMW-licensed environment.
• Experience in import/export of machinery and production materials.
• Strong knowledge of Customs Act 1967 and LMW regulations.
• Proficiency in uCustoms/Dagang Net and ERP systems.
• Excellent command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• LMW Compliance & Bonded Logistics: Manage all LMW activities, ensuring full compliance with Royal Malaysian Customs regulations for both incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods.
• Duty-Free Equipment & Material Imports: Manage the import of machinery and production materials, including handling duty-exemption procedures (MIDA/Customs) to ensure tax-free clearance.
• Outbound Distribution: Plan and execute logistics for finished PCB products to international and domestic customers, coordinating with logistics partners for timely delivery.
• Customs Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate declarations (K1/K2/K9) and manage LMW inventory records for annual audits.
• Regulatory Liaison: Act as main contact for Customs officers and MIDA representatives during inspections.
• Duty-Free Management: Work with Procurement to ensure exemptions and correct utilization of LMW licenses.

Job description

We are an established PCB manufacturing facility in Malaysia, operating under LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) status. We are seeking a highly experienced Logistics / Warehouse Executive to manage our end-to-end supply chain, covering both complex import operations and outbound distribution to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

LMW Compliance & Bonded Logistics: Manage all LMW activities, ensuring full compliance with Royal Malaysian Customs regulations for both incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods.

Duty-Free Equipment & Material Imports: Manage the import of machinery and production materials, including handling duty-exemption procedures (MIDA/Customs) to ensure tax-free clearance.

Outbound Distribution (Finished Goods): Plan and execute logistics for finished PCB products to both international and domestic customers. This includes coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery while strictly adhering to LMW local sales or export customs procedures.

Customs Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate declarations (K1/K2/K9). Manage the LMW inventory records, ensuring that physical stock and documentation are 100% accurate for annual Customs audits.

Regulatory Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for Customs officers and MIDA representatives during inspections.

Requirements:

Proven LMW Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working in Warehouse / Logistic with an LMW-licensed environment, specifically within the electronics or PCB manufacturing sector.

Expertise in Import & Export: Strong track record in handling duty-free machinery imports and coordinating finished goods distribution.

Customs Law Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Customs Act 1967 and LMW regulations, including the procedures for local sales and exports from a bonded warehouse.

System Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in uCustoms/Dagang Net and ERP systems for bonded inventory control.

Communication: Excellent command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. You must be able to communicate effectively with customs agents, transport companies, and clients.

Ensuring full compliance with MIDA (Malaysian Investment Development Authority) and Customs regulations.

Duty-Free Management: Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure all imported goods qualify for duty exemptions. Maintain precise records of all exemption claims and ensure the correct utilization of our LMW manufacturing licenses.
