KTMG Limited, a textile and apparel manufacturer with operations in Malaysia and Cambodia, seeks a Logistics Officer to manage import/export shipments and documentation. You will coordinate with vendors, customers, and forwarders, ensuring timely data entry and record-keeping.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics or related field, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as we expand operations in the SEA region.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily import and export shipping operations for Malaysia and Cambodia.
• Prepare documentation such as booking forms, bills of lading, invoices and packing lists.
• Coordinate and follow-up shipment movements with customers and warehouses.
• Sign consignment notes and make bookings for each shipment.
• Update information in buyers' EDI systems and maintain records.
• Verify and document all finished goods movements.
• Perform other related job functions as directed by superiors.

Job Overview

As a Logistics Officer, you will serve as the key liaison between vendors, customers, and forwarders, ensuring smooth communication regarding shipment delivery status and documentation preparation. Your key responsibilities will include:

Manage daily import and export shipping operations for Malaysia and Cambodia.

Responsible for preparation of documentation such as booking forms, bills of lading, shipping invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, cubic meter calculations, loading plans, Importer Security Filings, Shipping Instructions, and other relevant import/export documents.

Coordinate and follow-up shipment movements, providing shipping documents and information to customers.

Monitor closely with the warehouse department to ensure timely distribution.

Responsible for the signing of consignment notes and making bookings (online or manual) for each shipment.

Update information in buyers' Electronic Data Interchange Systems (EDI).

Verify and document all finished good movements.

Maintain up-to-date documentation and proper records filing.

Perform other related job functions as directed by superiors.
