Job summary

Rovski Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Executive to maintain stock reports, support audits, and prepare export packing lists. You will participate in warehouse and logistics activities, monitor inventory trends, and assist in ISO documentation while liaising with staff and suppliers.

The ideal candidate holds a logistics-related degree, has 1–2 years in warehouse/delivery roles, and is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Logistics/Operation Management or related discipline
• Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse/delivery management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
• Independent, responsible, meticulous and proactive
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Data analytics and data collection skills
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply

Job description

To maintain accurate and timely stock report

Job Requirement:

Degree/Diploma in Logistics/Operation Management or related discipline

Minimum 1-2 years of working experience especially in warehouse and delivery management will be an added advantages

Proficiency in Microsoft Programs and inventory management software

Independent, responsible, meticulous, and proactive individual

Preferable candidate familiar in manufacturing environment

Familiar with inventory control system and warehouse operation

Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949

Data analytical skills and data collection skills

Fluent in oral and written skill of English and Bahasa Malaysia languages
