Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage shipment and dispatch activities, ensure import/export compliance, and coordinate with forwarders to optimize cost and schedules.

The role involves license renewals, preparing monthly customs reports, handling inquiries for BAM, P2P purchase requisitions, and maintaining documentation for inbound/outbound shipments, while supervising daily operations and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shipment and dispatch activities running smoothly.
• Ensure compliance of government statutory requirement which related to import/export shipment activities.
• Renew LMW license, BON AM and subcontract local and oversea vendors.
• Preparation of customs monthly report (M1,M2 & subcontract) & yearly report.
• Preparation declaration K2/K9 for customer under FIZ area.
• Preparation of inbound/outbound quotation required by BAM and purchasing/sourcing.
• To raise Purchase Requisition for carriage inward and outward of forwarders, courier and transporter billing purpose.
• Preparation of shipment documentation either XERM or manual for shipment and subcon oversea.
• Ensure correct forwarder and mode of transport being chosen for cost effectiveness.
• To ensure Import/Export delivery schedule on time clearance monitoring.
• Co-ordinate with planner for subcon delivery and documentation for submit K9 and lampiran.
• Preparation online air way bill and booking with forwarders for inbound and outbound.
• Monitoring drivers schedules delivery and collection for subcon and shipment.
• Supervision on FGS daily activities & monthly report.
• Ensure compliance of safety requirement.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.

Minimum Requirements (Education & Work Experience)

• Minimum Diploma in Logistic Management & 5 years exepriences in related field
