We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Logistic Clerk to join our team at ACE-COAT (M) SDN BHD. This is a full-time position based in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a Logistic Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution activities. You will be responsible for managing inventory records, processing shipments, and coordinating with various departments to maintain efficient logistics operations. This role is essential to our supply chain operations and directly contributes to our company's ability to deliver excellent service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records and documentation for all warehouse stock movements
• Processing inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, checking, labelling and dispatching goods
• Coordinating with customers and transport providers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Preparing shipping documents, invoices and other required paperwork
• Performing regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies between physical inventory and system records
• Organising and maintaining warehouse organisation and cleanliness standards
• Assisting with warehouse operations and logistics processes to optimise efficiency
• Communicating with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding order status and logistics queries
• Supporting the logistics team with data entry and administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

• SPM/O-Level qualification or equivalent; or related field is preferred, Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
• Proven experience as a Logistics Clerk, Warehouse Assistant or similar role in the warehousing and distribution sector
• Strong proficiency with SQL System and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel & Words.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
• Good numerical and mathematical abilities for stock counting and inventory verification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and external partners
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
• Willing to work 5 and 1/2 days per week.
