Job summary

Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Network Expansion professional to source sites for BSC Locker installations and manage related tenancy processes. You will coordinate with landlords, the management office, and the Legal team to prepare offers and agreements.

Based in Kuala Lumpur with travel as needed, you will assess site feasibility, generate BOQs with contractors, and ensure timely follow‑ups to advance locker projects across the region.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Property/Real Estate Management, Facility Management or equivalent with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Retail/Commercial Leasing is a plus.
• Travel willingness and ability to work independently with a team.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable sites for BSC Locker installations.
• Act as liaison between management, landlords, and lawyers; ensure timely follow-ups.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for locker placement.
• Attend site visits with contractors to generate a bill of quantities for quotations.
• Prepare Letter of Offer and tenancy/license agreements with Legal team; negotiate terms.
