Job summary

Mont Royale International College in Selangor invites a seasoned Manager to lead local student recruitment and business development from our Ara Damansara campus. This full-time role focuses on shaping enrolment strategies, building relationships with schools and agents, and driving growth in the local market.

You will manage the recruitment funnel, analyze trends, collaborate with admissions and academics, and present to students and parents.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in student recruitment or related roles within the education sector.
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian education landscape, particularly Selangor.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with students, parents, educators and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted student recruitment strategies and campaigns focused on the local market to achieve enrolment targets and growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with secondary schools, educational agents, and other key stakeholders in the Selangor region.
• Conduct school visits, education fairs and promotional events to raise awareness of programmes and attract prospective students.
• Manage the student recruitment funnel from initial inquiry through to enrolment, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all candidates.
• Identify and analyse market trends, competitor activities and opportunities for business development within the local education sector.
• Collaborate with admissions and academic teams to align recruitment messaging with institutional offerings and values.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective students and parents about programmes and campus facilities.
• Track, monitor and report on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop partnerships with local organisations and educational bodies to enhance market penetration and brand visibility.
• Support the development of recruitment marketing materials and digital content that resonates with the local audience.
