Job summary

8 Days Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Loan Processing) to be the primary contact for customers needing loan assistance. You will manage inquiries, process documentation, and support account-related questions to ensure smooth loan operations.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, and meticulous data handling in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position in Subang Jaya.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or customer service are advantageous.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in financial services or loan processing.
• Ability to retrieve relevant documents and communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software.
• Ability to multitask and maintain quality standards while handling multiple enquiries.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Professional attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of financial products and loan terminology is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers regarding loan applications and products via different channels.
• Contact loan applicants and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist customers with document submission and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to expedite loan processing and address customer needs.
• Provide product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
• Follow company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements at all times.
