Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business Admin, Economics, Banking or Finance.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process loan applications according to credit policies and SOPs.
• Prepare letters of offer, loan agreements, payment schedules and related documents.
• Coordinate loan documentation, signatures, stamping and fees.
• Monitor loan disbursements, repayments, and recovery actions.
• Attend to customer enquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate loan files and ensure regulatory compliance.
