Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or above.
• Able to speak and write in Mandarin and Malay.
• Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or account management is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Excel, Gmail, etc.).
• Self-motivated, positive, and goal-driven.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and process loan applications with complete set of documentation and information obtained for new and existing customer application.
• Evaluate, recommend and approve loans.
• Verify applicants with relevant parties to ensure genuineness of employment details.
• Ensure timely completion of customer transactions and requests.
• Detect and prevent any potential elements of fraud or fraud applications.
• Follow-up of documents / information with customers to support the loan application.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
