AS White Global Pty is seeking a Loan Administrator in Kuala Lumpur to support the full loan lifecycle, collaborating with Loan Writers, lenders and brokers to drive approvals and manage documentation. The role emphasizes accuracy, client service and confidentiality within a hybrid on-site/remote setup.

You'll handle home, personal, vehicle and asset finance submissions, coordinate lender requirements, monitor progress and maintain timely updates for clients throughout the process.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years' experience in lending or financial services with end-to-end lending knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end loan journey with Loan Writers to achieve financing outcomes.
• Prepare and submit lending solutions including home, personal, vehicle, and asset loans.
• Coordinate documentation, valuations and lender requirements to progress applications.
• Build strong client relationships with timely updates and exceptional service.
• Gather and assess customer information to support accurate lending submissions.
• Monitor applications from lodgement to settlement with proactive follow-ups.
• Maintain records and support post-settlement activities.
