Job summary

INTELLIGENT NETWORK TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated livestream coordinator to support daily broadcasts in Kuala Lumpur.

You will manage equipment setup, assist with livestream backend settings and product link setup, and help ensure smooth flow according to the script. You will monitor audience engagement, filter spam, answer common questions, and collaborate with the customer service team for complex inquiries.

Job description

Equipment Setup: Check and ensure livestream equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and internet connections, is working properly. Assist with livestream backend settings and product link setup.

Livestream Preparation: Familiarize yourself with the livestream script and coordinate with the host on the livestream flow, promotions, giveaways, games, and other interactive activities.

Livestream Control: Remind the host to follow the script and maintain the livestream schedule. Monitor livestream performance, including viewers, room traffic, product clicks, and orders, and share screenshots and updates in the work group.

Audience Engagement: Encourage audience participation and manage comments by filtering spam, inappropriate comments, and unwanted advertisements.

Customer Support: Assist the host in answering common audience questions. Record more complex inquiries and forward them to the customer service team.

Issue Reporting: Summarize technical and operational issues during livestreams and suggest improvements to scripts, activities, and livestream procedures.

Livestream Review: Participate in post-livestream review meetings and provide feedback on audience engagement, livestream pacing, and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Diploma or above, with good communication skills.

Fluent spoken Chinese is a MUST. Candidates must be able to understand and communicate clearly in Chinese during meetings and daily business discussions.

Previous experience in TikTok livestreaming is preferred. Familiarity with TikTok LIVE rules and operations is an advantage.

Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be willing to work night shifts and accept flexible working arrangements. Time off in lieu may be arranged for work on public holidays.

An interest in livestreaming and a good understanding of the livestreaming industry are an advantage.

Working Hours

Two rotating shifts:

Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Night Shift: 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM – 11:00 PM

One-hour break per shift

Salary and Benefits

Monthly Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000, negotiable based on experience
