Job summary

Vault Personnel Pte. Ltd. in Malaysia seeks a livestream host to drive live selling sessions. You will manage two daily streams, present products, answer questions, and guide customers to purchase during broadcasts.

The role requires confident communication, strong sales skills, and comfort on camera, with Mandarin/Malay as a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome. You'll be responsible for preparing scripts, coordinating setup, and delivering engaging content while meeting the schedule of evening

Qualifications

• Must be confident, proactive and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Must possess strong communication and sales skills.
• Able to conduct livestreams in English; Mandarin/Malay is a plus.
• Prior experience in live commerce (Shopee Live/TikTok Live) or e-commerce sales is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong articulation and sales talent are welcome.
• Highly responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Willing to accommodate evening livestream shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run two livestream sessions per workday, each at least two hours.
• Complete about 40 livestreams per full month, adjusting for working days and leave.
• Prepare livestream scripts, product sequencing, demos, and promos.
• Introduce Company's products clearly and explain dimensions, specs, uses, differences, and buying guidance.
• Engage audience, answer questions, guide orders during livestream.
• Prepare devices and setup (phones, lighting, mic, links, coupons) before streaming.
• Plan livestream themes around holidays and promotions.
• Record daily livestream metrics (GMV, orders, viewers, CTR, conversions).
• Review performance and optimize scripts, product layouts and selling techniques.
• Ensure all content complies with platform and company rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct two livestream sessions per workday, with each session lasting at least two hours.
• Complete approximately 40 livestreams per full working month (actual number adjusted based on working days and approved leave).
• Prepare livestream scripts, product sequencing, demonstration methods, and promotional content.
• Clearly introduce Company's products
• Explain product dimensions, specifications, uses, differences, and purchasing recommendations to customers.
• Interact with the audience, answer questions, and guide customers to place orders during the livestream.
• Prepare products, mobile phones, lighting, microphones, product links, coupons, and other equipment prior to the livestream.
• Plan livestream themes based on Singapore public holidays, "Double-Day" sales, monthly promotional periods, and new product launches.
• Record daily livestream metrics, including GMV, orders, viewer count, product click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and average watch time.
• Regularly review livestream performance and continuously optimize scripts, product arrangements, and sales techniques.
• Ensure all livestream content complies with platform and company regulations.
