MSN GLOBAL FOOD SDN BHD is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Executive to support daily online sales operations, livestream sessions, customer enquiries, social media activities, and order fulfilment. The role requires strong organization and ability to multitask across live selling and backend order management.

You will assist during livestreams, respond to comments, coordinate with teams for product information, stock, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma, or equivalent.
• Experience in e-commerce, social media, TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, Instagram, or online customer service is preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly in Malay and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to work fast, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support livestream sessions and host coordination.
• Respond to customer inquiries across platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp).
• Process orders from e-commerce channels and coordinate fulfillment.
• Update tracking numbers and follow up on delivery status.
• Prepare simple daily reports on live sales and operational issues.

Job description

We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Executive to support daily online sales operations, livestream sessions, customer enquiries, social media activities, and order fulfilment. This role is suitable for someone who is organized, responsive, familiar with social media and e-commerce platforms, and able to assist with both live selling operations and backend order management.

Livestream Support

• Assist during TikTok Live, Shopee Live, and other online live selling sessions.
• Monitor and reply to customer comments, questions, and product enquiries during live.
• Support the live host with product information, pricing, promotions, stock availability, and customer questions.
• Help update product links, vouchers, bundles, discounts, and campaign information during live.
• Assist with basic live setup including phone, camera, lighting, microphone, tripod, and internet connection.
• Help ensure livestream sessions run smoothly.

Customer Service & Social Media

• Reply to customer enquiries through TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Handle customer questions about products, prices, orders, promotions, delivery, and stock availability.
• Assist with daily social media posting, product updates, campaign support, and basic content coordination.
• Monitor comments, direct messages, and customer feedback.
• Escalate customer issues to the relevant team when needed.

E-Commerce Operations

• Process orders from e-commerce platforms and social media channels.
• Coordinate order preparation, packing, courier booking, and postage arrangement.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Update tracking numbers and follow up on delivery status.
• Assist with order issues such as wrong address, delayed parcel, missing item, or customer complaints.
• Maintain proper records of orders, courier details, customer enquiries, and daily issues.

Reporting & Team Support

• Prepare simple daily reports on live sales, orders, customer enquiries, and operational issues.
• Monitor live performance such as comments, viewers, product clicks, orders, and customer response.
• Support sales campaigns, product launches, promotional events, and peak sales days.
• Work closely with the live host, packing team, marketing team, and operations team.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Experience in e-commerce, social media, TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, Instagram, or online customer service is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of livestream selling is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of live equipment setup such as lighting, microphone, camera, tripod, and internet connection is an advantage.
• Able to communicate clearly and politely with customers.
• Able to work fast, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks.
• Responsible, punctual, willing to learn, and able to work in a team.
• Able to speak Malay and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Experience in food, FMCG, frozen food, retail, or online business is an added advantage.
