• Engage viewers through interactive conversations, questions, games and product demonstrations
• Drive sales by introducing promotions, vouchers, bundles and special LIVE deals
• Encourage viewers to add products to their shopping cart and complete purchases
• Respond to viewers' questions, comments and product enquiries professionally
• Maintain high energy and audience engagement throughout each livestream
• Follow the livestream schedule, sales scripts and campaign plans
• Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce team to achieve sales targets
• Monitor LIVE performance and continuously improve hosting and selling techniques
