Job summary

GST MALAYSIA PLT is seeking a results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our affiliate program in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves recruiting new partners, optimizing campaigns, and coordinating with marketing/e-commerce teams to drive performance.

You will track performance, ensure compliance, and prepare weekly reports while staying ahead of industry trends and platform updates. A marketing or business degree is preferred, with 1–3 years in digital marketing or affiliate

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights.
• Experience with tracking tools or platforms and reporting.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s affiliate marketing program.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to drive performance.
• Monitor affiliate activities for compliance with guidelines.
• Track, analyse, and report affiliate performance (traffic, conversions, ROI, GMV).
• Optimise campaigns, commission structures, and promotional strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns and product launches.
• Prepare weekly performance reports for management review.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Conduct research on TikTok and Instagram to identify potential affiliate partners

Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners

Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to drive performance

Monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with company guidelines

Track, analyse, and report affiliate performance (traffic, conversions, ROI, GMV)

Optimise campaigns, commission structures, and promotional strategies

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, and e-commerce) for campaigns and product launches

Prepare weekly performance reports for management review

Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1-3 years experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tracking tools/platforms
• Good communication and relationship management skills
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
