Job summary

Vivastar Entertainment Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time on-site recruiter to recruit and source potential streamers, contact them via private messages, and actively engage with audiences through comments and social media.

The role involves building relationships, presenting streaming opportunities, and meeting performance targets in a dynamic live streaming environment.

Job description

Conduct live streaming on TikTok for a minimum of 6 hours per day.

3 hours fixed streaming + 3 hours flexible streaming.

Streaming must be completed between 10:00 AM - 12:00 AM.

Engage with viewers and maintain an active, entertaining livestream.

Create engaging content and interact with the audience.

Work towards streaming and performance targets.

Participate in performance evaluations based on streaming results.

Working Schedule

Full-Time: 5 or 6 working days per week

Part-Time: 5-day trial streaming period, 3 hours per day

Part-time target: 70 streaming hours / month

Salary & Benefits

Full-Time WFO: RM2,500 - RM8,000

Full-Time WFH: RM1,700 - RM6,000

Commission: Available

Salary may vary based on performance and working arrangement.
