Job summary

VIVASTAR ENTERTAINMENT in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Live Stream Manager to support and oversee a group of 5–10 hosts. You will monitor performance, guide daily streaming operations, and help hosts reach their goals.

The role emphasizes multilingual communication (Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, English), strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple hosts while maintaining smooth collaboration with the team. Training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Must speak Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interested in the live-streaming/entertainment industry.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to manage and communicate with multiple hosts.
• Previous experience in live-streaming, talent management or operations is an advantage.
