Job summary

Vivastar Entertainment Sdn Bhd is seeking a Live Moderator Assistant to support streamer management and recruitment operations. You will recruit and onboard streamers, manage 5–10 accounts, and liaise with the Operations Team to ensure smooth daily workflows. The role requires Mandarin proficiency, strong communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin is required for regular communication with Mandarin-speaking streamers and team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple people and tasks simultaneously.
• Responsible, organised and able to follow up on tasks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new streamers.
• Manage and support approximately 5–10 assigned streamers.
• Communicate and coordinate work between streamers and the Operations Team.
• Follow up on streamer attendance, performance and work-related matters.
• Assist streamers with day-to-day enquiries and operational issues.
• Maintain good communication and relationships with assigned streamers.
• Monitor streamer progress and provide regular follow-ups.
• Assist with other recruitment and streamer management tasks when required.
