About the role
Viva Star Entertainment is seeking an engaging and energetic Livestream Host (WFH/WFO) /Live Moderator to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur. As a Livestream Host/Live Moderator, you will be the face and voice of our entertainment content, responsible for engaging audiences in real-time, managing live broadcasts, and fostering a vibrant community atmosphere. This role is pivotal in building brand presence, driving audience engagement and ensuring the success of our livestream events and entertainment programming.

Key responsibilities

Live Host

• Host live streaming by tiktok , engaging with audiences and maintaining high energy levels throughout broadcasts
• No need to selling or promote in live
• Develop and maintain engaging segment ideas and content formats to keep audiences entertained and coming back for more

Live Moderator / Moderator Assistant

• Moderate live chat and manage audience interactions, ensuring a positive and inclusive community environment
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth broadcast operations, including camera positioning, audio levels and visual quality
• Respond to audience comments, questions and feedback in real-time whilst maintaining on-brand messaging and professionalism
• Collaborate with content creators, performers and production teams to deliver high-quality entertainment programming
• Maintain detailed records of broadcasts, technical issues and audience feedback for continuous improvement
• Promote upcoming livestream events across social media and other marketing channels
