Job summary

JACK STUDIO SDN. BHD. is seeking a dynamic livestream host to present products on TikTok Live, Shopee Live and other platforms. You will promote products, explain features, prices and promotions while engaging viewers.

Coordinate with the E-commerce, Warehouse and Operations teams to ensure product availability, follow livestream schedules, prepare scripts and monitor performance.

Responsibilities

• Host TikTok Live, Shopee Live and other live-streaming sessions to promote company products.
• Present and explain product features, prices, promotions and special offers during live sessions.
• Engage with viewers through comments, questions and interactive activities.
• Promote products and encourage customers to make purchases during livestreams.
• Demonstrate products clearly, including bags, luggage, wallets, belts and other accessories.
• Prepare product knowledge and key selling points before each live session.
• Create an energetic, friendly and professional atmosphere throughout the livestream.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic product recommendations.
• Respond to customer questions regarding product availability, colours, prices and promotions.
• Coordinate with the E-commerce, Warehouse and Operations teams to ensure products featured during livestreams are available.
• Follow the livestream schedule and ensure sessions start and end on time.
• Assist in preparing live scripts, product sequences and promotional activities.
• Monitor livestream performance, including viewers, engagement, orders and sales.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, frequently asked questions and product demand.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company's brand image during livestreams.
• Perform other duties related to livestreaming and online sales as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
