Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a fresh, energetic live host to present products during Shopee and TikTok sessions. You will engage viewers, promote products clearly, and respond to comments in real time to boost interaction and sales.

Ideal candidates are confident on camera, fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, with good communication and time management. Training will be provided, and flexibility with live schedules is expected.

Qualifications

• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera during live sessions.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to engage with audience, respond to comments, and create interactive sessions.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., TikTok & Shopee Live)
• Good time management and ability to follow live schedules.
• Creative, energetic, and positive personality.
• Able to handle unexpected situations during live sessions calmly and professionally.
• Fast learner and willing to improve performance based on feedback.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply (no pressure).

Responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions on Shopee and Tiktok.
• Introduce and promote products clearly and attractively during live sessions.
• Engage actively with viewers by responding to comments and questions in real time.
• Handle unexpected situations professionally and maintain composure during live broadcasts.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to enhance live-stream performance and effectiveness.
• Assist in producing a minimum of 25 simple video contents per month to support marketing and promotional campaigns.
