Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a full-time live-stream host to operate on-site in Kuala Lumpur. You will host sessions on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live, showcase products, and engage viewers while driving campaigns and sales.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with the right attitude; basic Bahasa Malaysia and intermediate English are required, with a diploma as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
• Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Malaysia; intermediate English is required.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent; a Diploma is an advantage.
• Experience in live hosting, sales, retail, customer service, or content creation is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Host engaging live-stream sessions on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.
• Introduce, demonstrate, and explain products clearly to viewers.
• Interact with viewers, answer questions, and encourage participation during live sessions.
• Promote ongoing campaigns, vouchers, and product offers accurately.
• Work towards live-stream engagement and sales targets.
• Prepare product knowledge and key selling points before each session.
• Coordinate with the e-commerce and operations teams on products, stock, and promotions.
• Review live performance and viewer feedback to improve future sessions.
• Assist with short product videos or social media content when required.
