Job summary

Tomei Consolidated Berhad is seeking a dynamic Live Streaming Host to drive online sales across multiple marketplaces and engage customers through live sessions. You will manage product listings, promotions, and campaigns while delivering compelling live broadcasts.

The role requires hands-on experience with Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and excellent communication. A Bachelor or Diploma in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in E‑Commerce, Marketing, Business Admin, IT or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year in e-commerce, online business, marketplace operations or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize online stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora and other marketplaces.
• Create, update and maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing and promos.
• Process and monitor online orders to ensure timely fulfillment and satisfaction.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, flash sales, vouchers and marketplace activities.
• Ensure product information and branding consistency across platforms.
• Monitor competitors and pricing trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze sales with Excel/Google Sheets and track KPIs and campaigns.
• Prepare monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, social media, and marketplaces.
• Host TikTok Live, Shopee Live and other streams to promote products and drive sales.
• Present products confidently during live broadcasts.
