Job summary
Logoman Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Livestream Operator to support our daily TikTok LIVE operations, focusing on optimizing sales and viewer engagement. You will work with hosts and use TikTok LIVE Studio or OBS to deliver smooth broadcasts.
You will monitor GMV, orders, conversions and other KPIs, analyze data to improve performance, manage product displays and links, and assist with scheduling and post-event reporting.
Qualifications
- Fluent English communication, especially in a work environment.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret livestream metrics.
- Attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during live sessions.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate livestream equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and computers.
- Manage TikTok LIVE Studio, OBS, or other livestreaming software to ensure smooth and professional broadcasts.
- Monitor livestream performance in real time, including GMV, orders, conversion rates, viewers, and other KPIs.
- Analyze livestream data and identify opportunities to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Manage product displays, pricing, promotional information, and product links during livestream sessions.
- Coordinate with livestream hosts to maintain a smooth session flow and support sales targets.
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and maintain livestream equipment and studio organization.
- Assist with livestream scheduling, session preparation, and post-livestream performance reporting.
