Job summary

Esthetics International Group Berhad is seeking an E-Commerce Executive / Senior Executive to support live commerce, KOL and affiliate marketing across our beauty brands in Malaysia. You will coordinate campaigns, briefs, and schedules with agencies and creators to drive sales and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing/e-commerce/communications or related field.
• 1–3 years in e-commerce/digital marketing or influencer marketing.
• Experience liaising with external agencies and coordinating deliverables is preferred.
• Strong communication and project management skills across multiple partners.
• Familiarity with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, KOL/KOC campaigns or TikTok Affiliate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate live commerce campaigns with agencies for TikTok Live and Shopee Live sessions.
• Communicate campaign objectives, product highlights, and brand requirements to partners.
• Manage influencer/KOL outreach and content submissions, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track performance: reach, engagement, and sales contribution from campaigns.
• Support affiliate marketing initiatives and partner collaborations.
• Prepare performance reports and stay updated on trends in Malaysian beauty market.
