Floristika.com.my Sdn Bhd is seeking a Social Commerce Executive to lead live hosting, content production, and social media management. You will manage affiliate relationships and partnerships while driving data‑driven decisions to boost sales and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in hosting live selling sessions and presenting products on camera.
• Ability to create engaging short and long form content for multiple platforms.
• Proven ability to manage social media calendars and maintain brand voice across channels.
• Experience in affiliate management and building partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required; English and Bahasa Malaysia are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Host live-selling sessions on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other platforms.
• Create and shoot product content for campaigns and lifestyle themes.
• Manage Floristika’s social media presence and content calendars.
• Coordinate affiliate and creator relationships, briefs, and performance tracking.
• Support brand communications, PR activities, and influencer collaborations.
• Track key metrics across campaigns and present insights to improve reach and sales.
