BONIA is seeking a Marketing Communications Lead in Kuala Lumpur to steer integrated campaigns across e‑commerce platforms, social channels, and brand partnerships. You will manage budgets, drive mega campaigns, and align retail operations with online initiatives to maximize GMV and AOV.

The role requires 5–8 years in fashion/retail marketing, with strong English and Chinese, and experience in CPAS, ad platforms, and influencer collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E‑Commerce, Fashion Brand Management, Mass Communications, or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of marketing communications experience in retail, fashion, leather goods, travel gear, or consumer goods.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience planning and executing e-commerce platform campaigns (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Brand E-Store).

Responsabilités

• Lead e-commerce marketing campaigns across platforms and brand website.
• Drive live shopping, social commerce, and influencer collaborations to generate revenue.
• Coordinate Retail Operations and VM to align online and offline promotions.
• Track CAC, ROAS, GMV, Conversion Rate; report ROI to Senior Management.
