Qualifications

• LLB with valid admission to the Malaysian Bar.
• 2–4 years post-pupillage experience in active litigation practice.
• Strong competency in legal drafting, pleadings, submissions & legal research.
• Practical experience managing files, court procedures & litigation timelines.
• Ability to analyse complex legal issues and present clear, structured arguments.
• Strong command of written & spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters including general, civil and construction matters.
• Support advocacy work, drafting submissions, cause papers & related documents.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, courts & relevant parties professionally.
• Communicate clearly with clients & internal team members.
• Grow litigation skills within a supportive, professional environment.
