Qualifications

• Ideally 4 to 7 years of active civil and commercial litigation experience as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
• Demonstrated ability in drafting complex pleadings, interlocutory papers, and conducting hearings.
• Clear, concise communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Lead Advocate: manage and argue complex commercial disputes in High Court, Court of Appeal, and ADR forums.
• Client Portfolio Leader: advise corporate executives, tech innovators, and SMEs on litigation risk management.
• Mentorship: guide junior associates and pupils, fostering collaboration.
