Messrs Win & Men Dy invites a Legal Associate to join the civil, commercial and corporate litigation practice. The role covers advisory work, contract disputes, debt recovery and related matters.

You will manage files, draft documents, research, and present clients in court. The successful candidate should have a law degree and be admitted as Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, with at least one year of post-qualification experience and strong drafting, research, and

Qualificações

• LLB or equivalent and admitted as Advocate and Solicitor.
• At least 1 year PQE in civil, commercial litigation and debt recovery.

Responsabilidades

• Handle civil, commercial and corporate litigation matters.
• Draft and review pleadings, affidavits, submissions and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and provide practical advice.
• Attend court proceedings, case management and hearings.
• Manage files, meet deadlines, inform clients of developments.
• Collaborate with partners and team on firm matters.
