Job summary

Messrs Ng, Zainurul, Seke & Khoo in Puchong, Selangor, is seeking a Litigation Assistant to join our dispute team. This full-time on-site role covers the complete litigation process from inception to resolution, including research, drafting, court appearances, and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (minimum of Upper Second Class Honour or equivalent) and called to the Malaysian Bar.
• 1 – 3 years of post-qualification experience in a Dispute Resolution Firm/Department is preferred.
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills as well as oral and written advocacy skills in English and BM.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with senior lawyers and team members, and a strong client service focus.
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Puchong, Selangor.
• Will be working with our dispute team to handle dispute resolution litigation cases through the entire litigation process, from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, attend court hearings, and participate in meetings, among other responsibilities.
