Job summary

Wayne Siang, Kai & Co in Kuala Lumpur seeks a pupil or legal associate to support a small Construction-Commercial Dispute Resolution practice. The role involves assisting partners with clients' files, especially Construction Law, and, after gaining trust, handling files independently.

Job Description

Attend to court mentions, hearings and/or trials.

Advising and strategizing the Clients' files.

Preparation of cause papers - mainly construction/commercial law.

Comply with case directions and instructions.

Ensuring the tasks are completed in time and the partners are duly informed.

Qualifications and Requirements

Preferred candidate for Pupil:-

CLP graduates.

Obtained at least a B+ in SPM for Bahasa Melayu

Preferred candidate for Legal Associate:-

0 - 2 year PQE.

Obtained at least a B+ in SPM for Bahasa Melayu
