Qualificações

• Advanced knowledge of AM autonomous maintenance and PM tools
• Ability to lead line teams and coach next level SWP owners
• Experience setting goals, managing IDP and performance coaching

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, process development and maintenance implementation for the lines
• Own and manage PM systems, budgets and centerline settings
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and build technician capability
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams to improve systems
• Act as the site technology owner in regional/global forums
