Job summary

Nolato (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a hands-on production supervisor to lead daily line operations, ensuring production goals and quality standards are met.

You will manage workflows, delegate tasks, and drive continuous improvement through Kaizen activities and performance analyses. The ideal candidate has at least SPM or higher, with 2+ years in a related field, and a proactive, teamwork-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Job description

Lead and oversee the daily operations of the production line and ensure production goals and quality standards are met. This role involves managing process workflow, delegating responsibilities, and conducting production capacity analysis to ensure efficient compliance with production schedules and budget.

Key responsibilities

Provide and maintain accurate information by compiling, initiating, sorting and analyzing production performance records and data

Lead and oversee the daily operations of the production line and ensure production goals and quality standards are met

Train and develop operator competences to achieve defined KPIs, communicating expectations, planning, monitoring and evaluating job results

Resolve issues and disputes in production workplaces

Uphold and enforce company policies and guiding principles

Manage process workflow and delegate by assigning responsibilities and formulating schedules

Conduct production capacity analysis and analyze staffing requirements to ensure efficient compliance with production schedules and budget

Support and actively participate in Kaizen activities

Set daily, weekly and monthly goals and clearly communicate to all respective stakeholders

Drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement through audits, coaching, and collaboration with operators

About you

Possess at least SPM and above; preferably at least certificate in any field

At least 2 years of working experience in similar or related field

Possess assertive, optimistic, resilient and positive thinking with good problem-solving skills

Willing to learn new things and render helping hand to others

Consistently deliver duties and occasionally exceed expectations

Self-motivated and willing to work extra miles in any circumstances

Able to cultivate teamwork spirit
