Job summary

Nolato (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector in Penang to perform comprehensive inspections across IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC per drawings and standards. You will issue NCRs for nonconforming materials and document results for quality analysis.

You will also provide timely feedback on quality issues, apply SPC measures, operate inspection equipment, generate COC and outgoing reports, and maintain a clean 5S lab environment. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection processes (IQC/IPQC/FQC/OQC) preferred.
• Familiar with Quality Management System documentation control.
• Strong communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection at IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC as per Drawing, Inspection Standard and / or Work Instruction.
• Issue Nonconformance report (NCR) to production for nonconformance materials at IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC.
