Job summary

Zhong Xin Solution Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a qualified Lifting Supervisor to lead crane and lifting operations on our construction sites in Malaysia.

You will develop safe lifting plans and supervise crews to ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements. Based in Johor Bahru, you will coordinate with project managers, monitor equipment performance, perform risk assessments, and provide training to operators.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years' experience as lifting supervisor or related construction role
• Comprehensive knowledge of lifting equipment, load calculations, and safe lifting techniques
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation (OSHA and DOSH)
• Strong communication and leadership to manage crane operators and site personnel
• Proficiency with site management software and tools
• Ability to work under pressure and make prompt safety-focused judgments

• Excellent understanding of applicable health and safety legislation, including OSHA and DOSH requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, including the ability to effectively manage a team of crane operators and other site personnel.
• Proficient in using site management software and tools.
• Able to work under pressure and make prompt judgments to ensure the safety and efficiency of lifting operations.
