Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a site safety supervisor to manage lifting operations and ensure compliant on-site safety practices. The role includes planning and supervising lifting activities, verifying ground conditions, and conducting safety inductions for new workers.

The successful candidate will inspect and rectify unsafe conditions at the yard and on site, enforcing DOSH regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOSH Regulations (FMA & OSHA)
• Experience supervising safety on construction sites
• Ability to conduct safety inductions for new workers
• Experience planning and supervising lifting activities (cranes/lorry) on projects

Responsibilities

• Well versed with DOSH Regulations (FMA & OSHA).
• Supervising unsafe acts and unsafe conditions on site.
• Handling safety induction for new workers.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise all lifting activities in the project.
