Job summary

China Construction Yangtze River (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Lift Superior for night-shift work. You will oversee night-time lifting operations, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with project managers to keep construction progressing smoothly.

Responsibilities include developing lifting plans, supervising crane activities, assessing risks, and training operators. A minimum of 5 years in lifting supervision is required along with OSHA/DOSH knowledge and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Lifting Supervisor or in a similar role in construction.
• Thorough understanding of lifting equipment, load calculations, and safe lifting practices.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations (OSHA and DOSH).
• Strong communication and leadership to manage crane operators and site personnel.
• Proficient in site management software and tools.

Job description

We are now looking for a full-time Lift Superior who is available for night-shift work. working hours are Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 12:00 PM.

You will be responsible for night-time site safety supervision, risk inspection, and SHE compliance monitoring to keep our construction site operating safely throughout night-time working hours. If you are safety-minded, responsible and able to work the stated night shift schedule, we welcome you to join our team.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement safe lifting plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Monitor and supervise all lifting activities, including the operation of cranes and other lifting equipment
• Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures to mitigate safety risks
• Provide training and guidance to crane operators and other site personnel to enhance their understanding of safe lifting practices
• Maintain accurate records of all lifting operations, including equipment inspections and maintenance
• Collaborate with project managers and other site supervisors to coordinate lifting activities and ensure the smooth progress of construction work
• Identify and address any issues or concerns related to lifting operations, and implement corrective actions as necessary

Requirement:
