Logikontrol Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee lifting and hoisting activities at construction sites. You will ensure operations align with approved lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments, and coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and signalmen.

Applicants should have a diploma or degree in civil engineering or construction management, with at least two years of site experience, strong reading of drawings, and the ability to work under pressure while

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline
• Excellent reading of construction drawings, specifications and method statements
• Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to work independently under pressure

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate daily lifting and hoisting activities at the project site.
• Ensure lifting operations follow approved lifting plans, method statements and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, signalmen, site supervisors and other lifting personnel.
• Ensure lifting operations are conducted only by competent and authorised personnel.
• Check that cranes, lifting equipment and accessories are suitable and within safe limits.
• Maintain records of inspections, certifications and related documentation.
• Provide briefings on lifting sequences, hazards and control measures before operations.
• Stop operations if unsafe conditions or deviations from the plan are observed.
• Collaborate with Safety personnel to investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
